Our unique patterns are custom-designed by our talented painting team.

How It Works:

Purchase a bag from our store and select the option for custom painting service. Pay the associated fees.
Contact our customer service team and share the picture or ideas for the pattern you would like to customize.
Our painter will create a design based on your input and present it for your approval to ensure you are satisfied with the pattern.
Once you confirm the custom design, the painter will begin to draw the pattern.
After we initiate the painting, we will send you a video for quality inspection of your bag.
Once you confirm that everything is correct, we’ll proceed with the custom patterning.
After the pattern is completed, we will ship the bag directly to your address.

Important information:

Payment is required before the painting process begins.
To keep you connected to the process, we’ll send you a video update of the bag’s production every three days, allowing you to experience our painting journey.
Please note that customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. In the event that your bag is damaged during shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement.

Delivery information:

We will send you a video within 2 days after payment to check the quality of your bag
The bag will be forwarded to the painter to draw the pattern on the third day
The painter will complete the pattern within 7-14 days
After the pattern is completed, we will ship the bag directly to your address. This takes 7-14 days
Air logistics is used throughout the process, and the total time takes 20-30 days
